THE BLOG
The term web-log was coined by Jorn Barger in 1997 to refer to a personal online daily that its author or authors constantly updated. Later, the two words "Web" and "log", were compressed to form a single word, "Weblog" and then, this word was abridged very short: "Blog."

In summary, a blog is a website that facilitates the instant publication of posts and allows for its readers to give feedback to the author in the form of comments. The data entries are arranged chronologically starting with the most recent. A blog requires little or no knowledge about HTML code and many free sites allow for you to create and install Blogs.
